Workshops in soft skills

In February and march 2017 we organized soft skills workshops to get the ethnically mixed youth group together and slowly familiarize them with the topics of stereotypes, prejudices and bullying especially on ethnic and religious basis. It was important to start talking about this issue as they tend to be source of tensions among teenagers. After 10 weekly workshops, the group joined together and we suggested them to prepare performance together. Hip-hop was used as a tool to prepare dance performance. And another group was asked to prepare Forum Theatre performance.
