Project Assistant

Employment is based on a period of 6 months, part-time (20 hours per week), with a possible extension of the contract of employment. Monthly gross salary for this position is 22,000 MKD.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma of higher education - social sciences/humanities,
  • Two years (minimum) experience in implementation of projects - experience in EU projects will have priority in the selection,
  • Active knowledge of English (written and oral),
  • Excellent computer skills,
  • Organizational skills, communiication skills and professionalism,
  • Affinity for teamwork and work under pressure of deadlines.

Description of work:

  • Implementation of the project under the supervision of the Project Manager and Executive director;
  • Preparation of reports and coordination of the project activities with the partner;
  • Implementation of ongoing activities (preparation of studies analyzes and working papers);
  • Organizing meetings, conferences, focus groups and other events envisaged in the project;
  • Cooperation with organizations, institutions and networks relevant for the project.
