“Effective communication – Can I be better?”
13-th of April - The second training of the cycle for reinforcement of personal and professional skills, was held. The topic was “Effective communication – Can I be better?” Through exchanging experiences, discussion and practices from the participants, they had the opportunity to realize the importance of active listening, what is the meaning of the need of establishing communication with different types of people and interpersonal communication.
