ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT PARTICIPATING ON TRAINING FOR TRAINERS IN THE FIELD OF RURAL TOURISM

Trainers will be Israel's top experts in the field of rural tourism:

Yehuda Eroni-Consultant for companies and projects in tourism, marketing, financing and operating plans

Yaacov Meller - Ministry of Tourism of Israel, director of the incubator for Tourism

Duration: 19 to 29 March 2012, every working day from 09-15h

Location: Training will be held at various locations in the Ohrid-Struga region

Criteria: previous experience in rural tourism-vocational education in the field, practical experience or involvement in projects; experience in conducting trainings, public presentations, training would-be an advantage; knowledge of the situation in South-western region of Macedonia; fluent in English (training will be in English); desire to start a business in rural tourism - will be an advantage

Applicants will go through the process of selection. Selected candidates should commit to: participation in all lectures and study trips during the 10 day training program; monitoring and evaluation during the training; acquired knowledge to put into the development of the region

Costs for training, expert advice, materials and refreshments during the training are covered by the organizers, while the candidates themselves cover travel expenses and accommodation if necessary.

The number of candidates is limited. After completing the training, candidates will receive a certificate from Israeli agency for international cooperation and development - MASHAV.
